Studio Rental Guidelines

Please note that our studio space rentals do not include a photographer or videographer.

To secure your booking, full payment is required. Your rental time includes setup, teardown, and cleaning. We kindly ask that you return the studio to its original condition to avoid any additional cleaning fees. For groups larger than three, there is an additional charge per person. If your group exceeds five people, please contact us before booking.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, but due to the nature of our services, refunds are not available.
— Reschedule your booking free of charge if requested more than 7 days in advance
— Rescheduling requests within 7 days, a fee will apply.
— Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking cannot be rescheduled.

Please make sure you are booking the correct space: The Lair, The Lair + Lounge, The Studio (entire space), and the Photowall.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

FLORAL INSTALLATION AT THE PHOTOWALL FROM APRIL 5 - APRIL 20. PLEASE BOOK ACCORDINGLY.
