Please note that these studio space rentals does not include a photographer/videographer. You may request for add-ons at the time of your appointment selection

Full payment is required to secure your booking— setup, tear down, and cleaning are included in your rental time. Please leave the studio to its original setup and state to avoid cleaning fees.

Renters who are bringing more than 3 people will be charged $60 per head. If you are looking to bring more than 5 people, please reach out to us before booking.

Life happens and we do acknowledge changes of schedule, however, due to the nature of this service, cancellations will result to:
— client may reschedule the rental date if booking is more than 7 days, without penalty.
— there are no refunds for any cancellation made within 7 days and can only be rescheduled to the next requested date if available.
— if client cancels the booking less than 7 days prior to rental, no payments will be refunded.
