STUDIO DETAILS

  • All bookings are done at www.lairthestudio.com using our online scheduling system. Another way to book is through www.peerspace.com

  • Parking is available below the building. Spaces labeled “Visitor” and “Lair The Studio” are available for clients to use. During the weekends, towing is not enforced, however, please read the signs carefully as some spots are permanently taken. Lair The Studio is not liable for towing.

    • If it is your first time visiting the studio, please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your booking so we can show you the space, connect to the WiFi, and speakers.

    • Please put shoe covers on provided by the studio. Models appearing on camera are exempt from this policy while the shoot is happening. There is a damage fee for stains.

    • Furniture and decors need to be moved back to their original place.

    • Our studio managers can check the rooms during your studio time if we hear loud noises, dragging of furniture, or suspected violation of studio rules and/or safety.

    • Restrooms are located in the lobby.

    • Our studios cannot be used to shoot boudoir photography.

    • Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on studio premises.

    • Smoking (including recreational drugs) is not permitted on studio premises.

    • Your booking is only for the room that you rented. If you would like a tour of other studio rooms, kindly ask our reception staff and they will be happy to assist you.

    • Customers are responsible for loading and unloading of their belongings due to liability issues. Studio attendants are not responsible for bringing client’s items in/out of the studios and are not responsible for clients’ personal belongings.

    • Please note that failure to respect the studio rules, studio staff, or other bookers, will result in immediate termination of your booking.

  • There is an elevator available to use.

  • Publics restrooms are located at the hallway.

DAMAGES

  • In the unlikely event that any items are broken or damaged during your booking, please inform our studio manager immediately.  Please note that broken or damaged items will be charged on-site or invoiced accordingly. To avoid any unnecessary charges, we encourage you to report any issues as soon as possible.

    Our on-site attendants check the studios before and after each booking to ensure that everything is in good condition, but your prompt reporting is crucial in helping us maintain our standards and provide the best possible experience for all of our clients

BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

  • There is a studio manager at the time of your booking who will let you in at the studio and assist you in whatever you may need.

  • Lair The Studio provides the flexibility to book individual rooms or the entire studio for your convenience. Our online scheduling system allows you to easily select and reserve the space based on your preferred dates and times, with a 1 hour minimum in each studio.

  • Should you need more sessions at the time of your booking, please let our studio manager know. Depending on availability, it may be possible to extend.

  • Your bookings can be cancelled online through your reservation. Cancelling your booking will NOT result to a refund, but only rescheduling. Please reach out to us after your cancellation request.

    If you no longer see this option, it means that you have reached the cut off of cancellation.

    Please note:
    — RESCHEDULE YOUR BOOKING FREE OF CHARGE IF REQUESTED MORE THAN 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE
    — RESCHEDULING REQUESTS WITHIN 7 DAYS, A 30% FEE WILL APPLY.
    — RESCHEDULING REQUESTS WITHIN 48, A 50% FEE WILL APPLY.
    — CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE BOOKING CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED.

    • No-show appointments cannot be rescheduled.

  • We do not issue refunds as per our Studio Policy.
